B vs M Food

Who likes cooking?

Who doesn't know B & M?

They are Butter and  Margarine. Do you know them well? Both of  them are almost the same but they extremely different. They are very famous ingredients for cooking. But can you distinguish or know the benefits and the harm of it? Butter is a concentrated source of milk fat (80 %) with some water and nonfat milk solids. Butter, as a source of natural vitamin A and D, no preservatives and it taste better.

Margarine made from vegetable oil with 80 % fat and 20 % water and solids of which about 3 % is salt. It is often flavoured with skim milk or a synthetically produced chemical compound that is similar to the flavour of butter. Butter is actuallly healthier than margarine as long as it's made from the milk.It is one of the best natural sources of the healthy fats. Having those the healthy fats and vitamins in our diet will help us to decrease diabetes risk. So, which one do you choose, mom?
