SUPER SALES STRATEGY

“Pick up your ball” it means that don’t wait your customer come to you but you must get to know your customer first. What is the best way to identify your customers? Know their business and ask for his feedback. Here is the Barry J. Farber strategy of super sales.
  1. Know your customer's business
Customers expect you to know their business. Give more questions about customer’s business. Find out their competitors. When you care of their business, they know that you not only stimulate them to purchase your product but also respect your opinion about your product and service.
  1. Telemarketing
It’s the difficult one in selling. But you must be able to lead them to the main target.
3 steps to make successful telemarketing :
  • Introduction
Tell to your customers who you are, where you work and what product you sell.
  • Benefit statement
Let your customer know how you help people and how you do the same thing to them.
  • Make an appointment for meeting
How to approach the customers is meeting. This is the foundation to keep in touch with the customers.
  1. Networking
Networking is skill and art which is need exercise to get the benefit. Here are the ways to do networking efficiently:
  • Praise people on their achievements
  • Use customers card as a guide
  • Send announcement card
  • Say thank you to people who do not buy from you
  • Exceed customer’s expectation
  • Focus on helping people to get their want
  1. Organize your sales presentation
The basic structure of any sales presentation includes six key points: build rapport with your prospect, introduce the business topic, ask questions to better understand your prospect's needs, summarize your key selling points, and close the sale
  1. Ask for feedback

If you want to improve your relations with your customers, ask them what you need to do to maintain and increase their business. "Many customers have minor complaints but will never say anything. They just won't buy from you again," Farber says. "If you ask their opinion, they'll be glad to tell you, and to give you the chance to solve the problem."
